Born in Bucharest and raised in Italy, Andrei C is an artist with a style characterized by strong beats with low percussion and old school influences. His productions are defined by deep and elegant sounds, focused on Deep House, Tech and Techno grooves.
Since 2012 he has signed productions on major labels such as: Deeperfect, Lemon aid, Substrate, Safari Groove Music, Groovy Love It, Together Music, Habla Music, Klaphouse, Unnamed&unknown, among others. Now it’s Andrei C’s turn to present his new release Soulmates on the Argentinian Kook Label. It’s worth mentioning that Andrei is the first foreign producer to sign with this label.
Soulmates EP starts with the track of the same name of the release. In this production Andrei C weaves a Tech House groove that combines a fresh, cheerful and percussive sound. With small flashes of darkness, jazz influences and vocals that go along with the rhythmic syncopation.
To close the EP, Andrei C presents the cut Jay Jay. As its title suggests, it’s a fun track focused on the club, full of vocal shots and a monologue loop that adds great movement and dynamism to the cut. With an aesthetic based on the old-school sound and style. It’s a powerful production that will undoubtedly make you dance from start to end.
