The new label MODULATED FREQUENCY releases its 2nd exclusive release MALAPATICO EP, by the Gran Canaria duo TRENTRAXX.
Trentraxx is a Canarian duo that debuted in 2018 with a focus on Minimal, Deep and House genre music production. With linear cuts and a lot of atmosphere, they have signed important EP’s on labels such as Reverbs Records, Koots, IN.WAVE and Atemp Music Group.
With the intention of launching music into space and walking the eclectic lines of minimalist melodies. The fast-rising Modulated Frequency label welcomes the Gran Canaria duo TRENTRAXX with their exclusive enigmatic release MALAPATICO EP.
The EP starts with Skunk #2, where the duo immerses us in a minimalist beat full of mystery and intriguing rhythms. With a cinematic atmosphere, vocals and processed drums, it is a cut that transports us into a futuristic dystopian scenario.
On the 2nd cut, we find Malapatico, where Trentraxx trip us into interstellar rhythms. With sublime, relaxed and hypnotizing melodies, the duo presents a beat full of processed vocals and futuristic soundscapes. To close the EP, we have the brilliant cut Stalks. Full of edgy rhythms, counter melodies and a bassline with a life of its own, it is a cut that experiments avant garde scenarios and acid 303 riffs.
