Artists you need to know: SIXTEE SECONDS

Artists Alin P and Ionut N, better known as Sixtee Seconds, are a DJ/producer duo originally from Romania.

Since their debut in 2018, they found it very easy to connect both personally and artistically. Fusing both styles of music influenced mainly by Minimal and Tech-House. Predominating a groove packed with melodies and basslines with lives of their own.

The duo Sixtee Seconds is not limited to a single genre or style, in their sets they combine rhythms based on soul, disco, breakbeat, with subtle hints of techno. A duo that is constantly evolving in terms of musical selection and production, which to date have signed singles and EP’s on major labels such as Obsolescent, Wachufleiva, Modulated Frequency, Kappa Records, HEAROES and very soon on Finnest Music.

In the last couple of years, SIxtee Seconds has achieved an impeccable season of performances in their native Romania, including shows at major venues such as Navatech, Drop and Booha Cluj Napoca.

But the duo didn’t stop there, as they have also gained a great reach as artists, allowing them to have an exclusive presentation at Tenerife, meet renowned artists from the global scene and share Dj Booth with names that need no introduction such as Tomi&Kesh, Steve Hey, Vanlah, Andre Rizo, Brad Brunner, The Gang Raw, Cosmin Horatiu and many more.

Sixtee Secods is a unique sounding pair, emphasizing the sonic design of melodies, synthesis and rhythmic progressions.
