The 111th release of Lima Fine Music‘s label called Down For Whatever EP, kicks off with the original cut by Drew Dapps and Kenny Oliver. The California and Arizona artists imprint a club-focused cut, loaded with subtle nuances and sophisticated melodies, combined with modern minimalist drums and tiny vocal flashes.
On the 2nd cut, we find the brothers Genetika (UK). They open the remixes with a solid work full of pads, atmospheres and a lot of groove, mixed in a totally recommended version.
Leo Christopher brings us a remix with minimalist hints that ideally complement the bassline and the melodies proposed. Last but not least, Tom Savage is in charge of closing the EP. With a great performance, where he shows all the talent he has been performing on stage.
As a bonus, the EP includes a Radio Edit of the cut by Drew Dapps and Kenny Oliver. Keeping the original’s essence but in a shortened version of 3:49 minutes duration.
